The Peoria Illinois Civic Center is a host to an average of over 30 events each month, and over 900,000 visitors each year.  The Peoria Civic Center was built in 1982, and consists of:

• The Carver Arena - Host to numerous sports games, concerts, trade shows, and other events.  The Carver Arena can seat more than 12,000 people at a time.
  
  
• The Exhibit Hall -  The Exhibit Hall is slightly smaller than the Carver Arena and is used mostly for banquets, trade shows, and other events.  The Exhibit Hall can hold as many as 7,200 people at a time.
  
  
• Theater - The Peoria Civic Center's theater is host to numerous performances of classical music, ballet, concerts, plays and more.  The Theater can hold up to 2,250 people
  
  
• Meeting Rooms - The Peoria Civic Center also has nearl 17,000 square feet of meeting room areas.
